Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 glass milk of your choice

1/2 glass water

1 frozen banana (chopped)

1 handful spinach 

1 handful mango (chopped)

1 handful pineapple (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

1) Put the milk, water, and spinach in a blender and blend until there are no more chunks of spinach.

2) Add the frozen banana, mango, and pineapple to the blender. Blend until everything is smooth.

 

SUBSTITUTION IDEAS:

Spinach —> Kale

Mango —> Peaches

Note: For optimal green color stick to green and yellow fruits and veggies. Berries will turn it brown!
