Blueberry Crisp
INGREDIENTS:
2 glasses blueberries
2 spoonfuls lemon juice
1 spoonful lemon zest
1 spoonful cornstarch
8 spoonfuls sugar
1/2 glass oats
4 spoonfuls butter
3 spoonfuls flour
1/2 spoonful salt
3 shakes cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350. Mix the berries, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch and 4 spoonfuls of the sugar and put the mixture in a baking dish.
2) In a bowl mix together the oats, the rest of the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Add the butter and mix until well combined; you may have to mash the butter with a fork. Spread the mixture on top of the berries in the baking dish.
3) Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
SUBSTITUTION IDEAS:
Sugar —> Honey, maple syrup
Lemon —> Orange, lime
